Catherine, tell us about your background and your role at LHW?
Originally my background was in General Insurance, but I always had an ear to ground when it came to all things pensions within the company and once the opportunity arose, I snapped up the chance to move roles. A decision that I will never regret. I get such enjoyment doing what I do now. I look after the day to day running of over 20 corporate pension schemes, this involves meeting new members to sign them up, educating and advising them along their journey and working with them on their retirement and life after retirement options. Its such a rewarding role, a lot of people put pensions….
