Valerie, tell us about your background and your role at LHW?
I began working in a busy administrative role in New Ireland Assurance in the mid-1990s. After some travelling, I worked in Aviva (at that time Norwich Union/Hibernian) in an administrative role from 1998 up until 2005. It was during 2005 that I joined LHW and 20 years later I am still here!
