Attention to detail and being precise and to the point are very important to me. I like to be organised myself, so in turn I like to ensure our processes are as organised and straightforward as possible for our clients. I believe that works towards what we call the LHW difference.
Hi, I’m Valerie Browne, and I work in client support at LHW.
I work primarily in a support role, which involves direct contact with clients and a lot of administrative support for my colleagues. Whatever the query, be that a new application, a claim or an encashment, my role is to make things run as smoothly as possible. One of the ways I do this is by ensuring minimal delay: laying out accurately what is required for each specific task, be that new business, a claim or a withdrawal.
I really enjoy the variety each day brings, and the opportunity to support clients in any way I can.
It’s such a positive environment, and working alongside a great group of people makes it even more enjoyable. My parents made me who I am today, and they will forever live on in my attitude to everything: to strive to do my best whatever the challenge, to help others, and to make time to enjoy each day.
